New things on the boil

The Community Kitchen is still cranking every Tuesday evening at 178 Glebe Rd, Merewether. Come along & help cook from 4pm, and/or eat at 6pm... get involved however you want to!

Support is always very appreciated. If anyone has an abundance of fruit, veges, herbs, any kinds of goodies from your garden or hanging in your fridge- get in touch, or just bring it along to be used in the feast & shared.

Fern & Tia have just arrived back in Australia from Northern Thailand- they have bought back with the their Permaculture Design Certificate! (thanks panya- http://www.panyaproject.org) This means "Kumera Kitchen" can now officially begin to evolve into "Kumera Kitchen & Permaculture"

One of the first exciting things in the mix, which will begin around spring, is to establish, with the help of the community, a permaculture garden out the back of where soupie is running from. We have drawn up a design for it, so now it's about getting it off (and/or into) the ground!
